The American Club of Lille invites you to the city Parc du Lion in Wattrelos for a Welcome Potluck Picnic and Annual General Meeting all combined on the same day. We will meet at the climbing pyramid. The park offers other amenities, such as a pedagogical farm, playground equipment, ponds, beautiful walkways, many trees and a large grass field at its center!!

The Welcome Potluck Picnic will start at 1PM. We are asking members to please bring “fixings” (meat, cheese, condiments, lettuce, tomatoes etc) for the sandwiches along with side dishes, chips and/or desserts, to share. The ACL will provide drinks and baguettes.

Please bring along any outdoor games (Frisbees, balls, etc) that you might have and would like to share.

The Annual General Meeting will start at 3PM, and will include a State of the Club address, approval of Vision Statement, Statutes and Rules and Regulations, Board Member elections.
